Intraframe supplies broadcast and AV equipment through partnerships with technology vendors. For clients, that means a single point of contact for the equipment on a project as well as the engineering, with partner pricing rather than list price. The service suits broadcasters and production companies buying for a new build or upgrade, and organisations adding to or replacing equipment in an existing facility.

Procurement for a broadcast project is more than placing orders. Equipment has to match the design, arrive in the right order for pre-fabrication and installation, and come with the cables, connectors, sundries and consumables that are easy to forget until the day they are needed. When procurement sits with the integrator, the bill of materials, the schedule and the deliveries are managed by the team that will install the equipment.

Independence still applies. Intraframe is not tied to a single manufacturer, so equipment is recommended because it fits the requirement, and the reseller relationship follows that choice rather than driving it. Intraframe also designs its own hardware: the IF-85-Q, an 8x5 4K60 HDMI matrix with an integrated QuadSplit multiviewer and API control for NOC automation, is available directly.

How we deliver it

Our process

  1. Confirm the requirement

Starting from the system design or your equipment list, models, quantities, options and licences are confirmed against what the system needs.

  2. Quotation

A priced quotation covers equipment, accessories, sundries and consumables, with lead times stated for each item.

  3. Ordering and delivery scheduling

Orders are placed and deliveries timed to the project programme, including staged deliveries for off-site pre-fabrication.

  4. Configuration and bundling

Where it helps the build, hardware is pre-configured and bundled before delivery so it arrives ready to install.

  5. Receipt and asset tagging

Equipment is checked in, inventoried and asset-tagged so every item can be traced through the build and after handover.

  6. Warranty support

Manufacturer warranty claims are handled through Intraframe's vendor relationships, so you have one contact if equipment fails.

Questions

Reseller Partnerships: FAQ

Which vendors do you work with?
Intraframe works with a range of broadcast and AV technology vendors. Send us your requirement or equipment list and we will confirm availability, pricing and lead times for each item.
Does reselling affect your design recommendations?
No. Intraframe is independent of equipment vendors, and equipment is specified to meet the requirement first. Clients can also buy through their own purchasing routes and use Intraframe for design and integration only.
Can you supply equipment without an installation project?
Yes. Equipment can be supplied on its own for additions and replacements in an existing facility, as well as part of a larger build. The IF-85-Q HDMI matrix and QuadSplit is also available to order directly.
